Media hype decides the day for many human beings. That is one of the main reasons why they fall for the rhetoric of complete acne cure by some brand new medicine which has suddenly entered the market with a topsy-turvy name. In fact there are home remedies and natural remedies of all types that can give long term relief for one’s acne problem, and people do not seem to be aware of them.
Simple things like vitamin supplements, a balanced diet, ample water intake, or the use of green tea can have an ameliorating effect on acne. These treatment regimens are easy to follow and are cheap as well. For example, just cleaning your face with a suitable cleanser or soap, with reasonable frequency, can prevent the formation of acne as it will remove the excess oil and dirt on the skin. Equally important is the act of moisturizing after washing and wiping. Moisturizing will protect the skin from the harmful rays of the sun. Exfoliating now and then will also help in controlling fresh acne formation because it removes the dead cells that could clog the pores.
